Che³m commune flag

Che³m - rural commune, Che³m County, Lubelskie Voivodship.
Gmina Che³m is a rural gmina (commune) in Che³m County, Lublin Voivodship, in eastern Poland. Its seat is the village of Pokrówka, which lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-west of Che³m and 64 km (40 mi) east of the regional capital Lublin.
Area: 221.82 sq.km (85.6 sq.mi); Population: 12,602 (2006).

A typical agricultural commune; land under cultivation - 67%; forests - 20%.

Arms and flag adopted on October 26, 2006 (resolution # XLVIII/270/2006).
"Arms: on a green field a white bear over a golden branch of an oak tree with three leaves and two acorns.

Flag is in colors of the Arms and is composed of three horizontal bands of which the two outside bands (upper and lower) are of the same width and are narrower than the middle band.
Upper band is white, middle one is green and the lower one is yellow.
The ceremonial (official) flag displays the commune's Arms on the wide, middle band."
