The County and the City of Olawa have their own Arms, as you are probably well aware of.
Olawa Commune has the Great Coat-of-Arms, small Arms and the flag since July 27, 2001.

"Arms of the Commune show the cockerel turned right, standing, with one leg raised. The cockerel is placed on gold shield with the chess-like band, silver and red, as a header.
