The flag of Vigo (Galician capital) can be seen here.

The municipal flag of Vigo is ~5:7, divided per saltire white over red with the municipal CoA very small over all.
The background comes from the Vigo Maritime Province registration ensign, as noted by José Carlos Alegría on 10 November 1999.
The CoA shows a castle and an tree on a island, and bears a royal crown. Exact depictions of the CoA vary.

See the source page for the flag image, including also a big image of the CoA, a PDF document with background information on the flag and CoA and vector (Freehand and WMF formats, compressed zip archives) images of the CoA. The website http://hoxe.vigo.org/ is the official site of the Municipality (Concello), so these images are the official ones.
