Overview

San José de Pare is a municipality in the Colombian Department of Boyacá, part of the the subregion of the Ricaurte Province. It was founded on 3 November 1780,
The flag of San José de Pare is horizontally divided green-yellow.
Information in Spanish: "El amarillo significa la riqueza que generan la vocación agrícola y el verde la gran variedad de cultivos agrícolas que produce nuestro municipio en especial la caña de azúcar y el café."
