Overview

Panqueba is a municipality in the Colombian Department of Boyacá, part of the the subregion of the Gutiérrez Province. It was founded on 23 March 1635.
The flag of Panqueba is horizontally divided white green. On the upper stripe there is a green inscription with its name, and the bottom stripe is charged with 8 white stars in a single row.
Information in Spanish: "La Bandera de Panqueba esta formada por dos franjas horizontales de 1.80 de largo por 1.30 de ancho, los colores en su orden descendente significan el blanco significa la paz anhelada, la belleza y presencia del nevado que domina la cordillera oriental sobre el cual estamos ubicados y el verde significa la esperanza por un mejor futuro, también representa el verdor de nuestros campos."
