Santa Rosa (officially: Santa Rosa De Lima Norte De Bolívar)
is a municipality located in the Bolívar Department. It was
founded on 3 July 1735.
The flag of Santa Rosa is
red with green triangle at the hoist which is charged with four
points star. The inscription of the name of the municipality on
the bottom of the flag is seems not to be exist on real flags.
Information in Spanish: "La bandera tiene las siguientes
caracteristicas: su forma es rectangular, con una composicion
triangular en color verde, en el cual se destaca una estrella de
color verde blanca con ocho puntas, que representan el simbolo
del departamento, el fondo rojo es el color tradicional del
municipio y el verde representa el campo."
