Overview

Arroyo Hondo (a.k.a. Arroyohondo) is a municipality located in the Bolívar Department. It was founded on 31 October 1791.
The flag of Arroyo Hondo is horizontally divided white-yellow-green and charged with a Ceiba tree.

"El Color Blanco: Representa la paz y la armonia de nuestro municpio.
El Color Amarillo: Representa la riqueza aricola y ganadera de nuestras comunidades.
