There was something on sale at eBay which seemed to be some sort of cloth including the reverse of a flag for
the South Australian Police. The flag is a blue ensign with the SA Police
badge in the fly. The badge (clearer at the SA Police website) shows the "piping shrike" of the state flag on a white disk inside a
blue circle with the words SOUTH AUSTRALIA POLICE in white. Around the
disk is a wattle wreath and a crown at the top.

From photos of the National Police Memorial ceremony, the flag of the South Australia Police at the is basically a [British] blue ensign with
the police badge fimbriated in white in the fly. The paraded flag does not seem to differ in design.
